After the Great Lakes we went back to Pittsburgh to hang with family. Our first stop was to hang with the Scalas at Brittany's pool. She lives in a nice apartment complex complete with a lot of 20 somethings and singles. You can only imagine the look on the people's faces when we rolled up to the pool. Three kids, inflatables, rolling coolers..... The poor singles quietly reading their romance novels pool side didn't know what to do. I laughed to myself, thinking "this will be you in 10 years" hahaha.
We had a great time with the Scalas. Of course, there was an abundance of food and alcohol :)

Just look at the faces of the young couple watching our rowdy kids.

Fading fast
Oh, I almost forgot....Emma learned how to swim! It helps that she is fearless. Both boys were 4 when they started swimming, she's only 3.

Next we went to the Children's Museum in Pittsburgh.

Blue Steel for you Zealander fans
Grady's hair in a kaleidoscope
How cute is this? There was a tree where you could write a thank you for someone and hang it up. Myles wrote, "thank you mom for keping the howes clean"
Building cars
Gramma and Grandpa gave us a big treat.....tickets to Kennywood.

There was a kiddie section that Emma loved. Numerous things that ago round and round.....

Look at that face
Nick, Carolyn and the boys came for the next weekend. The boys were in video game heaven.
Gramma and Grandpa made delicious pancakes and various other yummies.
One thing I forgot to photograph was a visit from Grandma Nancy and Grandpa Joseph. I could kick myself for not getting photos. We loved visiting with them and catching up. Thank you everyone for a wonderful vacation.
