Christmas in Virginia

 On Christmas day, we packed up and left Snowshoe.  We made it to Virginia to celebrate with Mimi and Papaw.

Christmas happened immediately

Uncle Will and Leia made a Beef Wellington.  It was impressive and very good!

Thanks to Uncle Will and Leia, the kids got to play Lazer Tag

Blythe and her family came to see us!  It has been years since we have seen them

Snowshoe

We met up with Gramma, Grandpa and the PA Scalas for a little skiing at Snowshoe, WV.  It was great to see family, get on the slopes and celebrate Christmas.

In true Scala/Hart fashion, there was a lot of eating and cooking.

I was the only snowboarder in the gang

All of a sudden, we heard a fire truck coming into the neighborhood.  We ran out, with the rest of the neighbors and were delighted to see Santa on the fire truck.  He was on the bull horn, "Ho Ho HO"

Finally, it was Christmas morning.

Guess who was the most excited!
