Mother's Day

This Mother's Day arrived with fantastic weather.  We spent Saturday on the boat and Sunday floating in the river.  Josh bought me the watering can that I've been asking for.  The kids gave me funny kid gifts which are always much appreciated.  Love those little munchkins.

Oh Grady...you are a weird one.  Grady gifted me his old (might I add, beloved) croc that no longer fits and a quote from Napoleon Dynamite.  It all took about 2 minutes to put together but procrastination is his thing. **Funny enough, this is actually a re-gift.  Josh gave me these Crocs on my 2nd Mother's Day.  Grady stole them from me as he loves orange.  They have come full circle.

Emma made me a flower pot at school.  She had a little mother's day celebration and we planted it together.

Myles is my most thoughtful child.  He seems to be the toughest but always surprises me with the thought he puts into gifts.

Mom, you're "peaceful".  Haha!  I don't think anyone has ever called me this before.

You're "grate at owtdoor stuff"

We went down to the Swannanoa River to do some wading.

It was COLD

These feral kids don't mind the freezing water

Floating down

Emma needed help walking back after floating down.  Grady drug her back to the side.
