House Sitting and Some Extras

Our friend's parents felt pity on us and our tiny house situation and asked us to house sit for them.  It was only for a night but we enjoyed it immensely.  It was not a huge house but any house seems gargantuan when you inhabit 440 square feet.  The best part of it was they had an indoor hot tub.  The kids were in heaven.  Plus, they had cable TV!  The kids rotated from TV to hot tub and back again.  We all were able to spread out.

Thank you, Bob and Regina

Look at those happy faces

Yoda obviously needed a diaper.  He is really old, right?

Have you ever shopped with a 2 year old and tried to be productive?  Well, it just doesn't happen.  She would only be "a dog" and I had to clap my hands and whistle if I wanted her to come.

Emma loves a party

I took Emma to work with me.  She loves most of the animals but isn't sure of the snakes.  As a reptile lover, I am bound and determined to change her mind.

The moment she realized there was a groundhog behind her.

Taking a break.

She said she was waiting for Daddy

I sewed this contraption to keep Emma off of the ladder.  It doubles as other things, such as a pocket to sit in.  You have to be creative to find room in a tiny house.

Grady had a concert at school.  He's the one if front wearing goggles.  Yup, you heard me correctly, wearing goggles.

Emma chilling out at Art in the Afternoon when I was subbing.

This is what happened when I was teaching the lesson...... "eyebrows", "a nose" and "a beard like daddy"
