Although Myles is only 21 months old, I decided that he needed to go to the dentist sooner than later. He is horrible about letting us brush his teeth. He fights, screams, won't open his mouth, bites the toothbrush, kicks and does just about anything to escape. As I was attempting to brush his teeth the other week, I noticed some yellow. Oh no, this can't be good. I made an appointment the next morning.
Good thing I did! The dentist saw some beginning signs of cavities. He said we can stop them if we continue to brush....easier said than done. So, we have been holding him down, I straddle him and brush while Josh holds his mouth open. I swear our neighbors are going to call DSS on us as he screams bloody murder. It's that or cavities!!

Here is a pic of Myles and Dr Doug. Myles is not sure why he is giving the thumbs up. Thumbs up for what?....scraping my teeth....I don't think so.

Our dentists office is amazing. They are so wonderful with the kids. Look at little Myles with a death grip on his tooth brush as the hygienist scraped his teeth. He actually did great for her.

Myles and the creepy elephant with human teeth. He thought it was hilarious.

Grady stayed occupied while the teeth cleaning was in progress.
