Another Fun Visit

Gramma and Grandpa stopped by on their way back from visiting their newest grandson, Colton. The boys were so excited to see them. I made the mistake of telling G they were coming the week before. I had to answer the question, "Are Gramma and Grampa coming today?" about 100 times.

Grady and Myles had a great time hanging out with them. We played Mini Golf, shot fireworks, and had an all around fun time. Josh and I even got to go out in Asheville one night while they watched the kiddos. Yipee!!! Thanks Gramma and Grandpa.

This picture was taken minutes before Myles had a little mishap with the sparkler. The smoke got in his eyes and he tried to wipe them, pressing the sparkler into his forehead. He suffered a few burns and singed hair. Ouch!! The moral of this story...don't let a 17 month old hold a sparkler.

What a face

Myles was not sure about the fireworks after his flaming forehead.

He got over it VERY quickly. Here he is reaching for a popper. I tell you, this kid has the highest pain tolerance. As you can see, his forehead is burned, hair and eyelashes were singed and he cried for about a minute. What a trooper.

Gramma and the boys watching dad light fireworks.

Gramma and Grady playing a matching card game she bought him.

Flying Grady...your face is turning purple.

Myles giving Grandpa a hug good-bye. He really warmed up to them this time. I think he is getting over the "mama's boy" stage. It make me SO happy.
