Once again, I have to ask myself, am I extremely brave or just stupid? I decided to drive to Virginia by myself with the three kids. Well, Mimi drove up with me and I was solo on the way home. Actually, it wasn't bad. Grady shoved a bottle in the baby's mouth when she screamed so all was well.
We had a great time in Virgina. We hit the museums, visited old friends and spent quality time with family.
My view for 8 hours. Can you believe I only stopped once? I don't mess around on road trips.
The kids enjoyed Papaws huge TV.

You can take the man out of Mississippi but you can't take Mississippi out of the man. Papaw took the the boys to shoot BB guns. They were in heaven and haven't stopped talking about it.
Of course, Grady thought he knew everything.
Myles listened to Papaw and followed directions.

Then Papaw took us on a long 4-wheeler ride.
Out of the woods and into the city. The boys are so lucky that they were able to experience the great outdoors and the culture of DC.
This time around we checked out the Native American museum. The boys enjoyed it more than I thought.

We got to see Uncle Will for just a little bit as he was going out of town to a wedding. Doesn't Grady's hair look a lot like a flower?
Mimi's garden was amazing. I expected nothing less. Speaking of Mimi, I have photos of her but she is holding baby girl in everyone. Little one enjoyed the vacation as well.
