We have had a super busy month so far. I took over teaching full time at the boys preschool. I am now Mrs. Kat, 3 year old teacher extraordinaire. I took the place of a teacher that went out on maternity leave. So far, I am really enjoying the work. It's crazy to say but I missed working 5 days a week. Another change is that the boys are now in school 5 days a week. They are doing okay with our new routine but not as excited as I am. Did I aspire to be a preschool teacher? No, but it works out with our schedule right now.
Aside from work, Josh and I have been working on our foster care classes. We have one more to go. We should be finished next week and will start working on getting our license.
In the latest news, we just had a visit from Gramma. She was nice enough to make the long drive down to hang out for St. Patty's Day weekend. She left today and we miss her already.
Last weekend I had the pleasure of watching 4 crazy little boys. Anna has been watching our kids for our foster classes in exchange for us watching her boys. It has worked out great.
Can you believe I got them all to sit together for lunch? With 4 wiggly boys this was quite a feat. Actually, they were really great. I think it's easier to have 4 than 2 as they kept each other entertained.
Last Sunday I worked at Chimney Rock. Josh and the boys came with me. Emily just got a red tailed hawk and hey just had to come meet her. She was hit by a car and is now non-releasable. We will use her to do programs for kids. I can't wait to work with Ghost!
How cute are these little ones?! This is part of my class, all dressed up for St. Patrick's Day.
Gramma and her boys.
Swing and a miss. Josh has been throwing the ball with the boys. We will see if they want to try baseball next year. For now, I'm not ready to cart them all over the place for sports.
Myles getting a batting lesson from Gramma.
What a busy momma!
